Assalamualaykum wa rahmat Allah wa barakatu Bismillah No one does dawa or tafseer like Dr. Reda Bedeir masha' Allah. For those of us who attend his lectures with the desire to learn about our deen and come closer to Allah SWT, his halaqas have become the cornerstone of our Islamic education. And for the rest of us who have heard so much about this phenomenon that we just had to to go to his halaqa and see what all the excitement was about - we were definitely not disappointed! His powerful and impassioned lectures and his melodious recitations have drawn us all in and impacted so many people's lives. The Prophet SAW said, "A faithful believer to a faithful believer is like the bricks of a wall, enforcing each other." While (saying that) the Prophet SAW clasped his hands, by interlacing his fingers. (Sahih Bukhari) So in this time of trial we need come together as a brothers and sisters in Islam and to make it loud and clear that as a community we need this halaqa to continue. Please take this opportunity share your stories with us. Take a few minutes of your time to reflect on what this halaqa means to you and let Dr. Bedeir and each other see what we are unable to see at the halaqas - how these gatherings of knowledge have manifested themselves in your life and in your deen. I ask Allah SWT to forgive us and accept from us all that we do in His name. I pray that Allah SWT blesses us all with Qur'an in our hearts and minds and makes us among the righteous mutaqueen.
