Wille Penrose has organised a day in the Dáil for the Irish Musical Community on September 28th between noon-2pm to make a case for introducing an amendment to the Broadcasting Act, which will establish a 40% Irish music quota for Irish radio, so that more of our talented singers, songwriters and bands (in all genres of music) will be given fair play on air.
