TO THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF ONTARIO:
In light of the many wide ranging concerns being raised by Ontario citizens and 80+ action groups across Ontario and the irrefutable international evidence of a flawed technology, health concerns, environmental effects, bird and bat kills, property losses, the tearing apart of families, friends and communities and unprecedented costs, we the undersigned, ask THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF ONTARIO to declare an Ontario-wide Moratorium on the development of wind farms.

The Legislative Assembly thinks they can ignore us while they push these destructive turbines onto our land. I am hearing from families whose lives have been ruined by this reckless policy and we are not backing down until they halt all development.

Think about the birds and bats. It is absolutely shameful what is happening to our local wildlife for no good reason.
NO MORE WIND TURBINES. Enough is enough.
The noise is unbearable for some of my neighbors. Not fair that they get to build these things so close to our houses.
Need a moratorium immediately. Our community is being torn apart and nobody is listening to us locals.
Total waste of money. My hydro bill is thru the roof already because of these expensive projects. Stop it now.

Keep these eyesores out of our countryside! They ruin the view and just drive our property values into the ground.
