Lived in saranac all my life. Always proud of the redskins. Now have grandkids going to saranac. I feel we should not change history

I graduated there in 1977 as Cheryl Buckner and see no reason to change the name...

I think it is bull crap,I went to school from Kindergarten to freshman & I moved but I still am proud to be a Saranac Redskin & will all was be. It's very wring to make us change our mascot especially considering what it means
