As it pertains to the monies and time owing to the WRHA for graduates of the WCCNEP program from the past two years, the years prior to January 2011: We, the undersigned petitioners, would like to request the following proposition:
It is our suggestion that since the most recent two classes of the aforementioned program are offered a bi-weekly stipend with no contract to pay back service time or program relief monies we are hereby requesting via this petition to the WRHA that we, the remaining nurses who are deemed "owing" of said time be grandfathered into the "No Payback" contract. We are requesting this based on the acknowledgement of the devotion that we nurses have put in with respect to the time, energy and sheer dedication to our profession in spite of noting that we are frequently working short-handed shifts and overtime hours.
