We, the undersigned of Spring Meadow Park Estate in Ocker Hill, Tipton, are very concerned at the dreadful state of the canal towpaths and surrounding area of the Doe Bank Bridge.  We would request that British Waterways remove the Graffiti, cut back the overgrown bushes, repair the towpaths and generally clean up the canal side area as we feel that the current condition is not Environmentally friendly, is particularly unsightly & has potential for accidental injury to the public.
