We should not have to do this, when the roads are put in a subdivision, the councillors should automatically make sure this is done .

Please take this seriously, residential areas need to be controlled for speed more than any other areas. No need for this to happen again because the city wouldn't authorize some speed bumps.

Speed limits should definitely be lowed in a residential zone...especially kid friendly. Should not need a petition to have this done!!!!

Children's safety should be our top priority. There are too many speeders In and around school and residential zones where children are known to play and walk. There should be harsher punishment s to deter this behaviour. If your speed is in excess that inhibits your ability to stop at a safe manner, reevaluate your driving style!. This incident could have ended up worse than it was. I hope this little guy heals quickly with no lasting affects, my heart goes out to him and his family.

For the sake of the children...our future...please change the speed limit..put in speed bumps...put in a speed camera...do it all to ensure the safety of our little loved ones or our fur babies

Do someone need to be killed before something gets done ? First the children's safety walking to school because of a stupid 1.6km bus route rule and now this...... Wake up and please do something !!!!!!
