We, as taxpaying citizens, fully support the privatization of the ankle monitoring service in regards to LSA-R.S. 15:550. We support the attached proposal for the purpose of a viable option available as opposed to budget cuts for the education and healthcare departments that do not consist of raising taxes. A private company is going to select the best candidates who are ready to succeed in society.
