There is plenty of vacant land farther away wher something like this could be built. No need to ruin our neighborhood. This should not be allowed.

This will undoubtedly bring down the home values in this area and be a deterrent for movers looking in this area. Overall, this will negatively impact our growing community. The location needs to be reconsidered.

Why would the city choose to put a dump in an established neighborhood?! There is plenty of land to pick from that is not so close to established neighborhoods

This will decrease the property values of homes in that area, negatively effecting me and many of my real estate clients. Their is also too much traffic and congestion in that area too. This would be a huge negative for my business as well as those commuting to and from the Vistancia.

Absolutely worst place to put a transfer station, especially due to the fact the area is growing. Why would you put this here, when they are expanding the road due to the amount of neighborhood traffic.

This is absolutely horrible for this neighborhood! It should be in a remote area not in the center of one of the fastest growing zip codes in the state.
