NO! No reason for a transfer station to go into a residential neighborhood. NO reason for a transfer station to in on one of the main arteries of traffic in Peoria where a large share of that traffic is school buses and the main artery for several large residential areas to access their homes. NO reason for any waste company to put this facility next a park! NO reason for ANY waste company not to be looking at land away from neighborhoods, they are some of the wealthiest corporations in the country, they have the resources and the responsibility to keep this VERY DANGEROUS traffic, noise, smells and waste away from children.

No thank you! Our property values will decline, due to smells and noise nuisance that will threaten our right to peaceful enjoyment.
We are on well water and a nearby dump could create toxicity in our water supply.

I do not want this transfer station built next to my community. The smell alone will not be pleasant and as far as our housing values, well those will definitely go down. I say NO to the recycling transfer station. Find some other land away from our beautiful communities.

Please... Our family has resided here for 15 years. We have waited for expansion and welcome it. But this could be put elsewhere. why would you put thisxso close to our homes??

This can’t be real. There are hundreds of family homes within close proximity to this corner. You cannot add such a facility safely in the middle of the city! This is a health concern not to mention this will destroy our neighborhood!!! N
