We do not want a waste transfer station or anything industrial near our neighborhood. There is alot of new residential in the area. As it is the rock quary is an issue for some.

Please deny Case: Z2020017 at 115th Ave. and Happy Valley.
Residents of the Coldwater Ranch, Crossriver, and Vinstancia communities do not want their homes to be negatively impacted by a waste transfer station.

We are finally building up the nw valley and really can’t understand the thoughts behind this. Plenty of land north of this off Jomax.
