Please keep this station out of our neighborhood...It is bad enough we have to put up with the mining industry turning our beautiful desert into big ugly dangerous holes and fill the air with dirt and dust nonstop,, now you want to smell up the rest of it with garbage..Please reconsider building in our neighborhood...there are many places to put this up where there are no homes or people. We do not want the noise or the smell...The mining has caused me a great deal of health problems, Nocardia and Valley Fever, which I have been fighting since November of 2019, lets add to the DUST problem by adding a horrid smell to spice it up...Not good, it will probably end my life. We bought our home to enjoy the quiet life out of the hustle of city life....you are trying to take that away by adding this station...Please move it out of our neighborhood. This is our home, why destroy it?

We just moved into Vistancia and will be completely devastated if a transfer station gets put in right next to our neighborhood. We paid a lot of money to be in a family residential area and it should not be tainted by a transfer station. Farther west is so much less residential and a much better fit.

We live off of Vistancia on the Trilogy community. Please do not proceed with the transfer station. We moved from IN 4 years ago to live in a luxurious resort and paid a lot of money to do so. This facility would diminish the appeal of the area and will lower our home prices. I vehemently oppose such a facility.

Not what an ideal family home needs near by. Very disappointed that there is not a public meeting being held yet to hear the voices of us all. We stand as a community together and are saying NO to the rezoning.
