Choose a different location NOT close to thousands of homes.

We must stop this for the future of our community. There are to many family’s and small children who will now have access to the huge park being built at Lake Pleasant Parkway south of the 303.

I do not want this rezone approved. I will bring unnecessary traffic to the area! It will deteriorate the brand new bridge and road construction they just put in between 115th Ave to 107th Ave on Happy Valley Rd! It will bring disgusting odors to the area of thousands of homes! Not to mention drag down the home values in the area! This is a terrible idea. No, not now not ever!

This project absolutely does not fit into this part of the valley and furthermore heavy truck traffic into a already congested area that that gets more congested as more subdivisions are built.

Waste transfer stations must not be allowed to be built in such close proximity to residential communities. Not only is it aesthetically and mentally unpleasant,...it is also detrimental to the investments these families have made in choosing a beautiful community to purchase a home. Then, families will be forced to inhale constant dust, odor, and potentially toxic fumes from items that are being processed. Please consider the lives of thousands already calling this community a home and consider other locations away from the naked eye, or in industrialized locations where these entities ought to be anyway. Thank you

We just moved here due to the beautiful residential areas. Industrial rezoning is not why we want to live here. The detrimental effects to this area outweigh any positives of putting this in here. There has to be areas further out without residential disruption and that are already zoned for this usage and will not meet opposition. We moved here to live among people, nature and beauty, NOT industry or trash.

Please No! My husband and I are writing to record our strong opposition to case #Z2020017. Re-zoning this beautiful, rapidly growing residential area into heavy industrial would be such a shame and loss on so many levels. Please choose another more industrial area to plan for the waste transfer station!

This is not a good location for heavy industrial of any kind.
