As a resident of Coldwater Ranch, I am against building a transfer station on the corner of 115th and Happy Valley. This will be in close vicinity of many homes and retail businesses and will have negative impact on the surrounding communities.

We do not want this near our neighborhood. It needs to be much further away from such a populated area. The stench from this will negatively impact our beautiful neighborhood, not to mention grossly affect our property values.

I am signing this to oppose the waste transfer station being considered for establishment at 115th Ave and Happy Valley Road.
