This is not an appropriate location for this type of facility. Too much traffic and too close to homes. Move north off of 303, not near homes or businesses.

This location is not appropriate for a growing residential community that is working diligently to attract retail and restaurant services. In addition, property values will be adversely impacted, which is unfair to area homeowners. I respectfully request you deny this zoning change.
