This is a busy and growing area and would not be appropriate, location should be in an area with less traffic and not so near to a rapidly growing residential area.

There are far too many new homes being built in this area for a transfer station to be built in said area. This is a beautiful area of Peoria to be ruined with a transfer station. Please reconsider.

This is not a good idea. Do you realize the traffic congestion this will cause? This is just too congested and it's in an area of houses. What are you guys thinking.

This is utterly ridiculous! This is a densely populated residential area. There are many other opportunities with open land further out of the greater Phoenix metro area. Seems like this could have a negative impact on home values.

Please find a better fit location for your transfer station. This is a thriving and booming residential community . Where house prices are increasing! Yes we care about our community and homes !! A transfer station will only bring unwanted commercial vehicles, noise, theft, smell and overwhelming traffic to the Happy Valley and 115ave community . With this we ask you to find a more discrete and distant location then in our front yard.

Please do not allow this recycle/waste station near Happy Valley Road. They are unsightly, have an abundance of traffic entering and exiting, carry odors and plainly NOT something that should be allowed in our beautiful Vistancia community.
