There is far to much truck traffic in this busy residential area already. This is an area with many new as well as high end homes and I believe this would have a negative affect on home values. This needs to be further out and in a lower income area.

We do NOT want this to be built in our Community/Neighborhood. There is plenty of land where there are no houses around. PLEASE consider buying there!

Much too close to highly populated area. Consider moving to less populated area - Lake Pleasant Pkwy and 303 intersection would be a good candidate.

Please do not locate this unattractive and foul smelling station in this area. It will impact health and property values of nearby residents and will draw unwanted insects and diseases.

I just moved to this area because of the beauty and natural desert landscaping surrounding our community. I dont think it's right that a transfer station is able to be located so close to my neighborhood. This will create odor, heavy traffic, disease, and decreased home values. I want this stopped before it gains any traction!!!!!
