This location is dead in the middle of a very populated residential community. They need to propose a new location in more of an industrial area!

We have a disease problem going on NOW and this transfer station will add to problem. Once this CoVid-19 gone who knows what comes next. The flies and smell will be horrible. TRAFFIC will be a nightmare and the noise. Homes will depreciate. There is a lot of desert not around homes. I DO NOT THIS transfer station located here. CASE # Z2020017 A no vote for me.

I am against the transfer station planned for happy valley and 115th. There is not reason to put it at this location when there is so much open land throughout that area.
Why does it have to go next to the residential area? Why put it right off Happy Valley for all to see when it could go west over by the power lines and near the power station? It could also go north near the cement plant off Jomax where nobody lives or would see it.

Horrible idea. Why would this be so close to so many houses? There are so many more places to put something like this, that don’t DEGRADE a neighborhood.
