They should never put these around housing areas. This should be put somewhere off the Carefree Highway, not anywhere near Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway

This does not belong here. North Peoria and adjacent county areas are growing as desirable communities. We do not need a transfer station (dump) dropped in the middle our neighborhoods. Do the right thing by your citizens Maricopa County!

I strongly object to this idea as it will drive down property values in the surrounding Vistancia and North Peoria subdivisions, increase the already dense traffic along Happy Valley road, and act as an eyesore for the community.

This site is unsuitable for the heavy industrial use. Most municipalities/jursdictions look at remote sites far from residential. Please reconsider!

I understand the need for the station, but there is plenty of open land better situated for a project like this in areas that aren't residential and where it can be tucked away.
