There are so many homes nearby, this would absolutely ruin this area!

The traffic on Happy Valley is very heavy. There are too many families living close to this area. It’s an inappropriate location. There are many other options. These streets cannot handle the load of dump trucks and additional traffic this would bring to our community. Many of the homeowners have recently purchased a new home. They do not want this in their neighborhood.

I am not paying high taxes and bear higher cost of my property in this area to have a dumpster next to my house. My neighborhood, it’s status, and overall presentation of it matters to me and if this happens I am most likely out of this neighborhood.

This will bring our property values down and cause many unwanted bug, critters and rodents to infest our neighborhoods. With the growth of this area I feel the landfill should be placed further from the growing area.

There are too many housing developments in this area. Certainly there are better locations to consider. Plus it will attract more animals who forage garbage. There are already too many coyotes in the area. This will only bring more challenges for the neighboring communities.
