Waste Transfer Station Project #Z2020017

The proposed dump yard is close to our community and we do not want this in our neighborhood.

Way to close to the surrounding communities and being an up and coming developed area why would it be placed in the center of it....

I live in the area and I don't want to smell trash every day

Too close to way to many homes. Put it in all the vacant land away from our homes.

I spent a small fortune building my home in the area and it is shameful that the county would consider building a dump this close the our homes! There is plenty of open desert out there where the county can build that won’t affect my property’s value and the county’s property tax revenue when home values go down due to a dump being placed in our neighborhood,

We do not want the transfer station in our neighborhood

I do not believe this activity is appropriate for this area and do not believe the County should support the rezoning of this property for this use. There are better locations that will not impact quality of life, traffic and use than this sight. This area has too many residential owners and the likely traffic impact would be a bad idea.

I do NOT want this Waste Transfer Station Project #Z2020017 to be built in this location. Too many neighborhoods would be affected and the additional heavy traffic is unacceptable in this area.

Please remove the location of the proposed trash transfer station at 115 and Happy Valley. Thank you.

I do not support the zoning change to allow the Waste Transfer Station. My future votes for elected officials will be based on this decision.

Please do reconsider because your proposed site is too close to the family neighborhoods. It will devalue our property’s. Thank you.

Why not out it further down on the 303 where there are no houses and or businesses?

This is definitely not a good thing for a large area of Homes It will reduce property values & make selling here very difficult!

So much available dessert and you choose close to a residential area and shopping centers. Reconsider your proposal and put it somewhere what. TY.

As a tax payer of this country I reject this proposal of garbage collection in my neighborhood. This is going to be causing huge issues.

This would be awful for our neighborhood, the house values and let alone the smell! Plenty of other large areas to place this.

There are a lot of children in this district. This should be far away from such a populated district.
