This is not a suitable location for a dump. Decision makers need to consider the existing family homes that will be adversely affected by this proposal. While i understand the need for such transfer stations, they need to be strategically place from a city plan in level.

We already have mulltiple problems/accidents with that intersection. Can't imagine trucks now killing people with them. We have been waiting over 10 years for another access road going from Deer Valley and 107th Ave through to Williams because Sun City doesn't care. No more business es allowed until we have another way to get in and out of the neighborhood!

This should not be put in this very visible location which is growing quickly with many homes. Happy Valley is a very visible area with lots of traffic. Adding large garbage trucks would be horrible not to mention the smell of garbage and rat infestations. Put it out further away from homes. Land should stay zoned for residential.

This is a horrible decision and will lower the value of our homes. Who wants to live near a dump with the noise, the smell, the scar on the land. No! Take this further out! Do not put it in the middle of housing developments!
