Please reconsider putting this in our neighborhood. This would be awful. It is right on a busy street ( HV) which is already congested. We are opposed to this rezoning!

I do not want this built near my neighborhood or any other similar industrial buildings to continue to be built thereafter. Find a different location far away from residents. This would bring down the area in immeasurable ways.

We live in custom high-end homes on the North side of Happy Valley and 115th Ave. We are adamantly opposed to this Landfill Waste Transfer Station. We DO NOT want 100's of garbage trucks driving in our area daily, DO NOT want the horrendous smell, the bugs, flies, rodents which will explode as pests will eat at the landfill, but will live in our homes. This is NOT good for our children, will be toxic, and I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. We will NOT accept this in our communities. This will negatively impact the value of our homes. WE WILL NOT BE KNOWN AS "THE COMMUNITY BY THE DUMP!" PLEASE MOVE THIS TO A REMOTE LOCATION.
Thank you for your expedient attention to this urgent matter.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Who ever even allowed them to pick a spot like this. There's a million acres with no homes or traffic that you can build this. Has anyone looked up the accident rate already in that area, now they want to add big rigs to the mix, come on....

We do not agree with land that is currently, and correctly, being re-zoned to heavy industrial. There are homes very near this parcel with people of all ages who have health issues that will be dangerous for most heavy industrial businesses to be near them. We are vehemently opposed to this re-zoning attempt.
