This site should be located far from residential areas where the noise of the trucks and stench from the garage will not impact property values.

This is absurd! I can't even imagine the decision making that went on to determine THIS was the site best suited in all the county-in between several majorly trafficked communities-to put a recycling - waste transfer station. With all the open land here in Maricopa county, in this desert, WHY would anyone consider building "heavy industrial" here in our neighborhood? The traffic is already problematic, and though there is new bridge construction, the road on either side of the bridge remains two lane + turn lanes, entering and leaving the bridge in both directions. A facility like this? This is the most insane decision I've heard of yet, to rezone this location to HEAVY INDUSTRIAL.

Please please please dont build this here.. theres plenty of room west of the 303.. you are wanting to build this in our backyards which will bring all of our property values down. Think of the people instead of the money. DONT BUILD THAT DUMP HERE...

Please move the location to somewhere which is not this busy. Happy Valley is already too congested. Adding a transfer station is not going to be beneficial to the neighborhood.

Please dont do this to us. Our community has lots of wildlife. Its quiet and peaceful. I moved out here to get away from a smelly landfill before.
