With the residential growth of this area, I believe this is no longer a viable spot for a transfer station. I ask the the planning commission not approve it and suggest the owner looks for a new piece of land.

The site selected isNOT suitable for this type of project. The noise, additional traffic, and smell with so many residences nearby would affect their right to quiet enjoyment and could also substantially diminish property values. There are more suitable sites that are far less densley populated west or north of the 303.

Please do not destroy this great community. There is plenty of open space north of the 303 to put a waste station that will not impact an existing residential community.

Please consider moving this to a different location. Perhaps it could be somewhere along the 303 between the i17 and lake pleasant where there are no residential homes

This should have already been planned prior to all the homes being built in the same area. Move it further North in the desert.

Absolutely love this area and community and do NOT want to see the value of my home, quality of air and immediate environment be diminished while noise, traffic, and bugs increase for the sake of this. There are too many people in this area who would be affected by this.

I do not want a trash transferring station anywhere near my neighborhood! I experienced this same thing in Medina, OH and it brought our properties down! It brought rats and the smell in Summer was horrible so it will be worse here! This is not what I imagined when I agreed to pay nearly $6,000/year in taxes to live in a beautiful suburb!

I DO NOT WANT THIS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD!!!! This is a quiet area and this loud, polluting, traffic causing, rodent population, abomination does not belong here!

I have lived next to one of these before and the smell is not pleasant. We have already been hit by the housing market please do not put this in. I will have to sell our home and our value will go down again. Respectfully, D.Kowalski
