I am absolutely opposed to this ridiculous proposal to change 1 unit per acre residential zoning to heavy industrial. How is this a similar use so close to existing residential development, both high and low density? This is absurd, with all the open land available in this area, this is a terrible use for this property. Ridiculous and despicable.

I’m a realtor and neighbor and I can tell you this would negatively impact value of homes in the area not to mention the negative environmental impact. People have moved up to this area to get away from the industrial building going on further south and central.

There has to be a better place for this away from existing neighborhoods. This will negatively affect our property values and put an even larger traffic load on the already overcrowded Happy Valley Rd.
