I am totally against this. The area is residental. Need to keep this out of the neighborhood. Your property values will plummet. I work for a recycle company which is completely off the grid of any housing areas. GET THEM OUT!

Re-zoning this area for heavy industrial is a bad idea for several reasons:
It's RIGHT next to a riverbed. If you turn it into a transfer station, any chemicals will seep into the ground or cracks - bad idea.
The smell around the I-17 transfer station is HORRENDOUS and this will decrease property values within a several mile radius and that will make several thousand local residents very angry.
The noise.
Oh and again - the smell.

It’s too close to residential neighborhoods, and would increase the already increasing traffic we have because of all the new communities. Plus dealing with tons of garbage trucks, smell and rodents that this would bring. Also It would Certainly devalue our homes. Please do not build this in our neighborhood. There is plenty of land off the 303 going towards the 17.
