No waste station here. We already have enough accidents where you want to put this, traffic would be terrible, with all those trucks in and out. No way!!!!!!

This is too close into town. It should be placed elsewhere. There are already three waste areas in the north Phoenix happy valley area from long ago when the area was considered to be a distance out of town.

We do not agree with changing the zoning. This area is for neighborhoods not industrial facilities. This area is growing and becoming more desirable every day. Putting industrial facilities so close to homes and potential home sites is not ethical, reckless and potentially dangerous to residents.

The proposed site is surrounded by custom homes & planned communities. Please relocate to an open area where citizens will not be affected.
