We bought here with expectation of stable zoning. The requested change is huge and would bring severe nuisance. It should go somewhere more appropriate - away from existing residential.

Plenty of other locations not so close to business and residential. That intersection is already a nightmare. That intersection was not designed to handle hundreds of garbage trucks per day. Those trucks will cause massive delays, accidents and fatalities. NO!!!!
