The smell, the loss in property value, trash falling from trucks littering our streets, not to mention the eyesore of a transfer facility in our neighborhood. Please DO NOT put this facility in our neighborhood!

This area is already experiencing severe traffic congestion, hence the road widening currently going on . This is no place to add more traffic.

Terrible location in an already congested area close to residential neighborhoods. Please move this to an undeveloped desert location, there are literally thousands of acres to choose from. BE SMART!

Putting this in the middle of several different neighborhoods is a danger to the community and will drive people away. Businesses will lose money and attraction. Keep North Peoria beautiful!

This is a residential area, NO landfill or transfer station! We have an environmental discovery trail and an Elementary school! There is 5 acres near Carportland plant on the Carefree highway and near the I-17 where your dump trucks can have easy access, no traffic concerns and it is away from residential areas. LOOK further not here!

I didn’t recently buy a house in Vistancia so the city could put a waste plant near it.

Heavy industrial zoning placed in the middle of a rapidly expanding residential area makes no sense. This zoning change deserves to be denied!

With so much empty land in other areas that are not populated with residential homes ...... why would you choose to put a Transfer station off of Happy Valley Rd?? This is so unfair to all the families who live in a 1-4mile distance from this proposed facility.
