I am opposed to the proposed transfer station at Haopy Valley Rd and 115th Avenue. Our Nirth Peoria neighborhood is beautiful, fresh and family driven. Please keep our area this way and find a location that keeps this activity away from our neighborhoods.

There are plenty of other locations that aren't in a residential neighborhood where this waste station can be built, this would have a substantial negative impact in this area and our community.

Please select a site that is not so close to residential communities that will suffer because of the facility - increased traffic congestion (which is currently being improved to a degree, but will be worse than ever if the station is built), smell, potential negative impact to home values, unsightly facility, etc.

This facility, if built, will completely halt any further beneficial residential and light commercial development in this area, the gateway to Vistancia. The smell, the noise, and the roadway damage intrinsic to this project all render it a profoundly bad idea for this area.

This very residential are is NOT the place for a waste station. How can we be expected to enjoy outdoor living/activities while smelling waste. There is plenty of much less residential areas for a waste station in the west valley.

I lived in Fireside @ Norterra - Transfer station near was not close but you could smell it from 3 miles away.
