This needs to be build NOT next to my home & residential where kids play and where my water source comes from!!!
My well water is about 100ft from this property line. Our property values will go down!!! Smell, bugs etc. you can smell the others stations up to 10 miles away!!! There will be an increase of traffics over 700 trucks a day!!!! 115th & happy valley rd is already a high accident intersection. No developers will want to build around it!!
There are a million other locations you could build not next to families!!!!!! Would you want this in your back yard!!! The storage facility has already destroyed all of our plants and land around my home!! That used to be my kids playground!!!!
