Allowing this Waste Transfer Station to be placed in such a close proximity to our community would be detrimental. It would devalue our property for reasons such as site, smell, dust etc. It would also most likely create health problems as well. Please DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.

ZUnder no circumstance shoul a waste management station be placed so close to residents.The oder, added truck traffic and blowing light waste that I have seen at other sites is unhealthy along with the many elderly residents with a high concentration of residents with upper respiratory issues.

This project is next to and across from a home development. This would decrease the value of these homes and generally be an eyesore and noisy addition to these serene homes.

We are highly concerned about the odors that will emanate from the transfer station. We are roughly 2 - 3 miles from the proposed station and according to the Community and Environmental Defensive Services website the odor from a transfer station can be smelled 4 - 5 miles away. The noise from back up alarms may also be an issue as there is little to block the noise between the potential location and our home. For these reasons we strongly oppose this.

Request the transfer station not be installed as requested. This area already the start of traffic issues and a transfer would complicate this situation
