Completely opposed. There are many other areas that would be perfect for this intended use...this area is not one of them.

When I bought my house this area was zoned for small houses only that is the contract that I signed if we rezone this area it is against the agreement held with the county of when I bought my house

I do NOT want my children and grandchildren who live out there to have to be subjected to the pollution of their environment right out their back door. There is plenty of desert out there beyond neighborhoods, use that!

It just isn't right to put a dump near subdivisions that have already been built. Those homeowners made the decision to buy their homes with no landfill nearby! Please find a remote site where you will not cost homeowners millions of dollars in lost property value. Thank you.

There a lot of great uses for the land in question as the neighborhoods continue to expand west in this area. Heavy industrial is not one of them.
