This is not an appropriate place to locate a waste station.

Please find another spot. Millions of acres of desert to pick from.

This would adversely affect traffic on 303, Happy Valley Rd., and Lake Pleasant Pkwy. in addition to effecting home values.

I am opposed to this facility being located here in Peoria in close proximity to our homes. A more remote location seems more appropriate than close to residential communities and businesses.

I do not want this to be built as I am concerned about the odour, dust, air quality and hygiene associated with this being so close. We already get additional noise and pollution that we did not get when moving here from the 303.

Traffic, odors, congestion, rodents and more should not be anywhere near our communities. I am vehemently opposed to such re-zoning.

You’ve already heRd from me. I sent Amy comments and disapproval to Planning and Zoning. Very poor plan.

I’m opposed to this landfill because it will negatively impact the health of area residents, lower property values, increases heavy truck traffic, and pollute ground waters.

I oppose this transfer station in this area. A very large senior community will be negatively affected by the noise, smell and possible health risk from leaking trucks.

I’m opposed to this landfills because it poses a threat to the health of area residents, increases heavy truck traffic, pollutes ground water, and lowers the value of nearby homes.

This area is a ridiculous place to build this plant. We don’t need more congestion on Happy Valley and 303. There are many homeowners within a few miles miles that don’t need to put up with the smell and traffic congestion.

Introduces risk to surrounding communities from pollution, loose trash and increases traffic congestion in an already impacted street/highway intersection system.

The location is too close to residential areas.

This is an area where lots of residential growth is anticipated. Why put a transfer station right in the middle. Surely there is a more appropriate place in the northwest valley.

Due to health concerns (smells, flys, rodents) and noise pollution, I do not want this station close or near our home.

I am against this proposed rezoning change.

This is not a good location. Too close to established neighborhoods.

To close to very nice neighborhoods Should be a lot further away from homes that are already built for the use city of Phx water bill users The Corte Bella residents likely would not be able to use the facility since our water bill is ebcor water. Not a good location!!!
