I am positively against this waste transfer station because of the fact there’s so much residential housing in the area and there’s miles and miles of vacant land you could use .

It would be shameful to put a waste transfer station so close to residential neighborhoods. It should not be difficult for you to find a more remote location. I respectively ask you to reconsider.

There is so much land in the county that is available for this purpose, no need to have it in our neighborhood.

Placing a waste transfer area near a residential area, when other more remote, but less congested areas are available, is a no brainer. Please reconsider you options.

This is horrible that it’s even considered to put landfill so close to residents

The odor from this will ruin our property value and quality of life

This is a bad idea. This land needs to stay residential.

This location is a terrible option and I oppose it. There are so many other options in this big open desert away from people.

I'm opposed to putting a waste transfer station in a still-developing residential area. The additional traffic, noise, and unsightly sites and smells will destroy an area that has seen a great deal of positive development. If a new waste transfer station is needed, find a location that will not impact all the homeowners in this immediate area!

This is a very nice family area. The constant noise and traffic will be detrimental to our property values as well as mental health. Please do not rezone this area.

This is a terrible location for a waste transfer station. It is right next to a very populated area and the area is growing so quickly that the station will be in the middle of a metropolitan neighborhood eventually. It needs to be located much further out and away from all the development so as not to be a hazard to citizens.

The area proposed for this a Transfer Station is a rapidly growing residential area with shopping and restaurants nearby. While this is a potentially necessary service it doesn’t belong in the Happy Vally Road corridor and in possible full view of Hwy 303. Select another inconspicuous location removed from such a populated area.

The desert is a very vast place. Why would anyone plan such a thing near housing developments??? It's completely unthinkable and shows such great disregard for the community!

Placement of this transfer station at this site will create safety issues from increased traffic and congestion. Odors will detract from a residential area where many many new homes have been and are being built.
