This is a residential area unfit for heavy industrial traffic. Wildlife scavenger attraction should never be near a residential area. The stench would hang in the river watershed unfit for outdoor activities. Vote NO!

The median home price in the 85383 zip code (according to Zillow) is $410,905. Although next to a freeway, this area is an ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL AREA with very good home values and pride of ownership. Keeping recycling costs low in Peoria (that's the claim for building the transfer station I hear) is not worth losing our home values. I live in Vistancia and would be subject to the extra truck traffic daily. Traffic is bad enough already with all the new homes going in. Take your "Heavy Industrial" zone and 800-plus trash trucks somewhere else. JUST SAY NO.

This is ridiculous given the growth of beautiful homes and businesses is such close proximity. With all the open land there is, there must be a better option. Do not approve this.

I oppose strongly this request to be built. This devalues my property on the 14th golf course hole. My investment was made with the intention of holding or going UP in value. NOT down.

We at Corte Bella do not want this waste transfer areas in our neighborhood. It will increase heavy truck traffic, negatively impact the value of our homes, cause traffic issues for our senior and elderly drivers, pollute the air. This is an established residential area and not the place for a waste transfer area. Find a new location!!,
