There are other sites which are more suitable for this station. It would be a health hazard for the thousands of local residents.

We do not want this in our neighborhood. It will have a negative effect on our property value and our quality of life.

Please don’t allow a transfer station or dump/landfill of any sort. No Industrial of any kind, this will bring down or property values. If this happens it will make Peoria undesirable to live in.

I don't want this smelly trash station next to my house. Bringing down house values. No!

This Transfer Station does not belong in a residential area! Maricopa County Planning & Zoning Division is misguided if they approve this change!!

We are writing to advise you that we are strongly against the development of this Waste Transfer Station. We are local residents and will be adversely impacted by this facility.

As a homeowner in the neighborhood, I completely oppose the idea that the land near my residence would be rezoned to accommodate a waste transfer station. Not in the best interest of all the people that live in this area.

this is simply too close to major housing communities.

Please do not build a waste transfer station in my neighborhood. My home value will go down, roads will be littered, torn up, traffic will be backed up, 10 trucks going on and 10 trucks going out an hour. A sight for sure eyes. The smell will be pungent, so many more reasons. Why can't a waste transfer station be built on a heavy industrial area that is not surrouned by neighborhoods.

Very poor planning! We just moved from Seattle to get away from this nonsense!

I am opposed to the project being in the middle of this populated area. Noise,Traffic and offensive Smells will be the results.

We do not want this in our neighborhood; it will devalue, it will pollute, it will increase traffic, it will increase industrial traffic, these are families here makes it unsafe

This is not good for the community and considering the growth in the area putting a waste transfer station here is bad business.

Please don't devalue our homes!

I am against this transfer station and the re-zoning of this property.

Keep it out of neighborhood's.

I will sell my home and move out of the area in a heart beat if this goes through.

I oppose having this waste transfer station at this location. It should be located further away from this densely populated area to a more remote area, where it will not negatively impact the residents
