I DO NOT want this facility built in our neighborhood. This location is WAY too close to numerous homes. There's more open room farther up 303 that can be used.

My comments regarding the proposed Waste Transfer Station Proposal targeted for 115th Ave. & Happy Valley Rd. are simple and will not change. It is simply the wrong concept at the wrong time and the wrong location. I can only hope better heads will prevail.

As fast as this area is growing, do we really need this waste station so close to homes already here and those that will be built in the near future? There are plenty of areas farther out that could be used for that type of business.

Our neighborhood is a beautiful, family friendly place and would be ruined by this type facility. I believe it would be dangerous to our families and our property values.

Plenty of land not around neighborhood that this project cann be moved to. This is a danger with the added traffic of large trucks.

No one in their right mind wants to smell trash in their homes. This is our investment and we are not allow this to happen! There are plenty of places far away from where people live. We are not going to let our place be a trash hole!
