Residential areas are no place for industrial zoning projects. It would bring negative aspects such as traffic, noise, odor & safety to family communities. I strongly OPPOSE any such zone change from residential.

A waste transfer/recycle station has NO business in a residential community. This property should NEVER be zoned for industrial purposes. We STRONGLY oppose this matter.

I strongly oppose the rezoning of this land by my home for a waste transfer station. This land should Remain residential as it is currently surrounded by residential homes and communities. Our property values are sure to suffer should you put a waste station so close to our community

We, the signed, do NOT want this to be built in our neighborhood. We are officially notifying the planning commission that we are against this and request it be moved. We are adamantly opposed to the re-zoning of this area to Heavy Industrial.

This is a horrible idea. So far, this area is not a heavy industrial area and should stay that way. Any local official who votes for this will immediately lose my support. Do your jobs and represent your constituents and not another developer.

Please do NOT build any waste transfer station in my neighborhood, it would be horrible, as there are many residential homes and there are plenty of open spaces elsewhere. It would create traffic nightmare as the traffic is already congested and would truly cause lots of problems for all of us "drivers' in this neighborhood. Pick another location please.
