Please do not allow this to happen. We specifically moved to this area for its beauty and growth. NOT to live in an area that is going to be destroyed by all the terrible things this will bring to out area (noise, truck traffic, smell, etc.). This is simply awful.

We do not want this station in our neighborhood. Absolutely NO!! We are not a commercial area - we are residential.

WE D NOT want this to be built in our neighborhood. We are officially notifying the planning commission that we are against this and request it be moved.

I do not want this in our neighborhood - it will negatively affect our property values and cause a terribly unsafe environment for all of us.

The station needs to be farther away from residences. I've seen the transfer station in Phoenix. This would drop property values. It would also create dangerous traffic in a residential area.

No, I bought my home because of how beautiful this area is. Please no re-zoning

This is an appropriate place for a refuse transfer station. You need to look for something that’s away from residential dwellings.

Why would you approve this right in the middle of multiple pre-existing housing developments.

This site is too close to residential area.

This is an outrageous plan that will destroy our beautiful neighborhoods, built to reflect the pure desert srriungs near HVR & 303. Our many investments will be negatively impacted. No way!

I write to state my concern about re-zoning the property located at Happy Valley Road & 115th Avenue from residential to heavy industrial for the development of a Waste Transfer Station. This property is located in a residential community where families with children and elderly families live. Re-zoning this property will cause unnecessary health risk associated with pollutants in air and will affect people breathing.

#Z2020017. I write to voice my concern about the re-zoning of property for establishing a Waste Transfer Station in a community where families live.

The area around Comes is already neutral based. Lot of area to locate it there. Only 2.5 miles from this proposed location.

This makes no sense so close to multiple large residential neighborhoods in the area
