This is NOT what our area wants or needs.

Absolutely NO! Existing residential zoning should not be changed to commercial/industrial. People have bought their homes with the expectation that residential zones will remain. There are more appropriate places for a waste transfer station such as on Carefree Highway near the Ben Avery shooting range

This is a residential area and this transfer station does not belong here.

No to building this waste station. I know several people who live in this very nice area. Build it where there is No Housing. Like off the 303.

This will have a negative effect on our property values and impact traffic and traffic noise on the 303. I strongly vote NO on this proposal!!

Seems to be a silly location for this type of facility. Choose a more isolated site where the noise and mess of hundreds of trucks each day will not be a bother to the local population.

Do not put this in at this location. There are other spots along the Loop 303 that wouldn’t negatively impact a neighborhood

Such an inappropriate location for this use! Why put your worst foot forward for all to see on such a high visibility area. Look at history of cities like Houston TX that put industrial uses right adjacent to schools and homes. I expect the city to be smarter than this. Find another location where we dont have to see or smell it.

Our family is in opposition to this request for a zone change to our residential area.
