We, the signed, do NOT want this to be built in our neighborhood. We are officially notifying the planning commission that we are against this and request it be moved.

We would both like to submit our opposition for the waste site on Happy Valley at 115th. We moved here from IL to get away from the industry and pollution and are strongly apposed to rezoning this property. This is a residential and retail area and MUST be kept that way. People are taking notice and are in opposition especially those who invested a small fortune into their property and for this lifestyle. We do not want this waste treatment or industrial zoning in our community.
