This should be no where near any rural development of homes. Plenty of space elsewhere in the county without damaging the value of peoples investments.

I am an Realtor for over 25 years and do not understand why you consider putting a wast station in a Residential neighborhood. Along side the 303 land is plentiful. Your plan will only hurt property values.

Please do not spoil our neighborhood by permitting this. A facility of this sort should be far away from residences.

Who's bright I idea was this to place a waste transfer statin so close to residential.
There is large areas of land in non residential areas that can be used.

It’s ridiculous to even consider such a request when you see the High End family communities that have been built In this area in the past 20 years. All home values within 10 mi of this place will suffer forever moving forward of this poor planing decision. Why can’t this be approved further out in a yet undeveloped area and then if you choose to buy a home next to stinky station you know what you signed up for unlike us numbering in the 10s of thousands here in the local vicinity who chose there perfect home without ever imagining city officials may consider a garbage/trash transfer station on the corner. Needs to be stoped and we need to stop it!

One would hope that with 5000+ signatures (at the time of my signing) from concerned citizens telling the government what they want, that the government will make an informed, logical decision. In reality we all know what is gonna happen; some people with a little bit of power are gonna get bigger bank accounts and we are gonna get stuck living next to a dump.

You should not build a Waste station in an area surrounded by neighborhoods. Move it out to undeveloped areas like the waste station on I17 north of Happy Valley.
