Do not want this area rezoned for industrial use and do not want a transfer station here. Move it further away from the Crossriver and Dos Rios neighborhoods.

I am a homeowner near the proposed site of 115th Ave and happy valley. This area is right in the middle of a community with only one entrance and off of a main round with only two lanes and a freeway intersection. This will make the already congested area EVEN more congested. The proposed location of the waste transfer site will also cause property values in the area to decrease. Last but not least we live in Arizona where the summer months are hot the combination of the two will be horrible unpleasant smells and toxic fumes or everyone in the area. Please, from a concerned homeowner and mother do not allow this to happen!

No! No! Please NO! No more congestion and traffic amongst all of the residential housing being built in this area. Why on earth are permits allow to builders when you have this project up your selves? Please NO!!

NO! NO! PLEASE NO! As if Happy Valley isn't congested enough; are you kidding? Why on earth are you letting all these single family home communities be built in this area with this mess in your sights and possibly in ours. None of us signed up for this! Its worse enough with El Mirage and the 303! Please NO!

I hope everyone realizes that 100 trucks daily means 100 in and 100 out so really 200 trips. If open 10 hours daily that is one every 3 minutes.

My wife and I oppose building a transfer station at the location at 115th Ave and Happy Valley Rd. We are having a house built very near there. If we had known a transfer station was being built there we wouldn’t have bought our house just a few miles away. Our house may not be worth what we are going to pay for it. Build it in a site away from residential property.

No! This is a residential neighborhood! We would never have bought our home 15 years ago if we knew this was a possibility.
