This facility will negatively impact area home values with its odors and noise and heavy truck traffic. The Crossriver community will be decimated! There are so many wide open spaces to the west with no homes nearby that would be much better locations. There’s no way this should be allowed in the midst of beautiful residential communities.

There are better places to put this, where there are no homes, where they can easily access the 303.

I am moving from Pennsylvanian to Arizona and this is very upsetting to me after I made such a large investment. I thought Arizona was better than this in protecting the beauty of the state.

This project will add more traffic to an already congested, heavily used road and degrade the character of the area, which is primarily residential in nature. There's plenty of open, unoccupied areas to the north that would be significantly more appropriate and sensible for this project to locate to.

We do not want this transfer station in our neighborhood. This area should remain residential to maintain property values, safety for our neighborhood from the massive trucks that would be coming and going off Happy Valley, not to mention noise and smell. Please don’t approve this and ruin a beautiful area.

We are officially notifying the planning commission that we are against this and request it be moved.

I am against rezoning and against a recycling center to be located in our residential community. Thank you.

This project is very hazardous and problematic for residents around

The traffic on Happy Valley and 115th is already congested with commuter traffic, school buses, bikes etc. We don't need 80 to 100 more trucks added to the congestion.
