No! We fully oppose the rezoning to heavy industrial, as well as any type of waste transfer/trash/recycling business within miles of our neighborhoods. This area is residential. We don’t want trucks, traffic, pollution to increase or property values to decrease....all of which will happen if you come into our area.

This should remain a residential zone. It would not be of any interest to the communities already existing here. It would be a visual and health issue. It would cause issues with selling our homes and it would cause the value of the homes to go down.
A win - win situation would be to place the waste station in an area where there are no homes yet. There is plenty of land around in this area to do so!

It needs to be placed in an area where the is no impact to the community. When you place it in an area where communities don’t exist yet, it gives people the choice to buy or not buy based on a waste station already there. The community in these area already exist and for the reasons above and more it should not go here.

I may not live in Peoria But I work in Peoria and sell homes in the area you want this transfer station. This will ruin home values and a great community! Put it somewhere farther out and out of busy traffic areas!

This is a terrible location for many reasons. If you want to be close to the 303 then put it out off the 303 east of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. it is nice and remote there. Thank you

we are against a waste transfer station close to CORTE BELLA!!! we will have increase truck traffic, additional congestion on Happy Valley Road. and worth... ODOR ISSUES!!! Why put it so close to communities... there is so much space further away!!!!
