This needs to be located out of and away from residential areas. No need to rezone a residential area to an industrial area in or about Vistancia.

I do not want to see this area rezoned for heavy industrial. This is in the middle of several residential areas.

Please reconsider the location of this recycling center. It should not be in a populated neighbor of this nature. There are many other locations close to highway 303 without housing in the area.

This is too close to many residential areas. Should have found another location off the 303, north or south of Happy Valley Road. 20,000+ people live in Vistancia and will have to drive by this everyday. Not to mention the people who live in Crossriver, just down 115th Ave. Just stupid!

Are you kidding? This is a location with established neighborhoods with property values to consider. People did not buy homes along Happy Valley road, put in pools and landscaped yards to be hit with the smell of garbage! The violates city disclosures rules and regulations.
