Has the planning department discussed the possibility of material and liquid leakage. This has the potential to leak into our water system that we drink and bath in. This is not a good place

I oppose the rezoning of this land to heavy industrial. Not only will an unacceptable transfer station be built, but other uses that are incompatible with the residential nature of this land be allowed

Please no waste transfer facility, this is a beautiful area snd should not be spoiled by a waste transfer facility. There are lots of other places farther from homes to build this facility. Lots of desert out there still close to the 17 and 303.

Having recently relocated to this area after rejecting other communities (Mesa, Queen Creek) with nearby waste transfer facilities, I sincerely hope wisdom will prevail and this proposed facility will be relocated to a remote area not within close proximity to residential neighborhoods.

We pay to have our trash taken away from our neighborhood not smack dab in the middle of it.

This is a family neighborhood community. It is an abomination to consider rezoning to Industrial and putting a waste station there. Shame on you for even considering it

This is not where you put a waste transfer station. Right on a main road next to neighborhoods...NO!

We do not want a waste transfer station built on land that is marked residential. Not only will the trucks cause too much traffic on a small road, but it will decrease the value of our homes. Do not build this here. Go further west and further north.

This is not a proper location as it is being placed to close to families and neighborhoods, find another location that is more appropriate.

This is a neighborhood and community where families live and children play. It is not an area where we need a trash transfer facility. And if our community and area leaders feel a transfer facility is what we need over the restaurants and other businesses we have requested, then we have the wrong people in leadership positions and they need to go.

This is a complete waste of taxpayer money in an area where the local and county governments cannot even decide on properly placed school boundaries for their own citizens and children, especially in these expanding neighborhoods. This will decrease property values and stagnate further growth. Thank you for your consideration.
