Lived near one of these in Washington State. Trucks racing by with trash flying all over. WA has a tie down law. Don't see any tie downs in AZ. Speed limit on 303 is already 80-90 MPH. Are the roads built to handle the added traffic? Is the off ramp going to be rebuilt? What about the smell when the temp get up over a 100? How about our property values? Why do we need a transfer station in our back yard? Transfer to where? And who is paying for all the infrastructure to support this. Will this put more police on 303 (hope so).

This will ruin our home values and community. We live in one of the best communities on the West side. The traffic and smells will be terrible. We may move away from Vistancia if this happens

We do not want this built near our Vistancia community. There is area near 303 and El Mirage along with multiple other locations. This will increase the already poor traffic situation in that area, the odor will travel for miles, and the home values will decrease.

I do not want a land fill that close to my property. The traffic in El Mirage Rd. would lower my property value.

I am against having a waste transfer station in my neighborhood. I will be attending hearing meetings and recruiting others.

There is no logical reason for rezoning this area to accommodate a waste station. Many other places that are already zoned for this type of facility and business. Please do the right thing for once.
